Own the product backlog for designated products, collaborating with the Manager of Product Management and engineering leads to ensure priorities remain up to date, properly ordered, and clearly defined.
Monitor release timelines closely, proactively identify potential risks, and maintain critical milestones on schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate closely with frontline personnel—including Community Health Workers, supervisors, and program staff—to collect, record, and analyze feedback, transforming it into practical product improvements.
Partner with UI/UX designers to craft wireframes, user flows, and interface specifications rooted in authentic user behaviors and requirements.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies—such as refinement sessions, planning meetings, and retrospectives—to guarantee the engineering team receives clear, well-defined tasks.
Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee feedback mechanisms for deployed products to ensure alignment with user expectations.
Monitor product performance metrics and identify key insights, presenting findings to the Manager, Product Management to guide iteration decisions.
Craft accurate and succinct product documentation and regular status reports to ensure stakeholders remain well-informed and aligned with ongoing developments.
Provide assistance to the Manager of Product Management in engaging stakeholders, collecting requirements, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration as needed.
Proven expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution is essential, along with the ability to foster collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
