Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems while also overseeing the facility upgrades required to accommodate them.

Guarantee compliance with Jib’s quality standards and regulatory obligations by conducting routine franchise visits and performing thorough quality audits.
Support Jibuti Lab by assisting in sample collection efforts, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions as required.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all quality audit programs executed at franchises to maintain precise records.
Conduct routine evaluations and assessments of franchise quality statuses, then facilitate the seamless execution of the Jib Quality Breach Policy.
Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses for any non-conformities encountered and implement both preventive and corrective measures to ensure franchises consistently uphold the highest quality standards.
Maintain precise records of Jib’s quality control processes, procedures, and standards while actively proposing updates or enhancements where feasible.
To achieve monthly targets, diligently meet established benchmarks while monitoring performance through mutually agreed-upon key performance indicators.
Develop, organize, and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance program tailored for all franchises across Kenya. Ensure strict adherence to the maintenance schedule and verify that all planned activities are executed effectively.
This role operates with a high degree of independence while maintaining a direct reporting line to the Production & Quality Coordinator.
Supporting the franchisee in managing the operator’s team forms a key aspect of this role, ensuring effective leadership and operational alignment.
