KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

As the Commercial Partner integral to the Franchise & Bottling System, you will spearhead the alignment of the Commercial Strategy & Levers with our end-to-end processes, plans, and strategic initiatives within the Franchise to generate shared system value. The primary objectives encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-impact results across key areas. Drive the integrated Commercial agenda across the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration.

Develop and implement the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise in close collaboration with franchise partners and bottlers, ensuring the creation of comprehensive support strategies.

Establish a structured framework to align Commercial Priorities with each fiscal quarter within the Franchise, ensuring clear focus and execution of strategic objectives.

Our role involves steering the Franchise toward the optimal BBM (brand-building model) by establishing and maintaining an effective pack architecture, adjusting strategies in response to evolving market conditions. Additionally, we will harness the capabilities of the “on Demand Hub” to create compelling scenarios and solutions that drive meaningful business impact.

As the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted right-hand to the Franchise General Manager.

Develop and execute the Commercial Strategy specifically tailored for the ABP market.

Champion the commercial strategy for the franchise or market segment.

Proven expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning systems to drive unified execution, with a strong emphasis on leading and streamlining alignment processes to ensure organizational unit strategies are fully embraced and owned by General Managers.

The position demands strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, it necessitates proficiency in both verbal and written communication methods. Establish and maintain clear, professional dialogue with senior leadership within the organization, as well as key customers and bottling partners, to ensure alignment and facilitate effective decision-making.

Internal: The position serves as a liaison between Customer & Commercial Leadership and Franchise Leadership across multiple organizational levels.

To facilitate communication between Franchise Leadership and the Commercial & Customer Leadership teams, this role is responsible for aligning strategies and capabilities, as well as implementing these initiatives. Additionally, the position involves providing strategic direction and establishing priorities for the Franchise & Bottling System, while ensuring effective performance management in collaboration with senior leaders at the Bottler level.

Communicating with senior executives of major clients, influential advisors, and other critical stakeholders to advance and ensure the successful execution of key business development strategies within the market.
