We seek a strategic leader to cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with enterprise clients throughout the project implementation phase. Our mobile-based sales automation solution, HENRI, is designed to revolutionize enterprise workflows and enhance distribution networks across Africa. The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities designed to achieve specific project objectives. Key requirements include proficient expertise in relevant technical domains, adherence to established industry standards, and the ability to deliver results within defined timelines. Responsibilities may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing complex data sets, and implementing strategic solutions to address operational challenges. Strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

We assist corporate clients in effectively leveraging our service offerings to meet their business needs.

Conduct introductory training sessions for new clients, covering essential product setup and usage instructions.

Verify the engagement levels of sales representatives to pinpoint those who are actively utilizing the system and those who are not. Evaluate their interaction with the platform to assess compliance and identify any gaps in usage. This assessment will help determine where additional training or support may be needed to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established protocols.

Maintain regular contact with sales representatives to promptly address any operational challenges they may encounter regarding product usage.

Address customer satisfaction challenges to ensure managers receive optimal service and support.

Prepare and distribute reports as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to relevant stakeholders.

We provide a professional work environment that meets or exceeds industry standards. Employees are expected to perform their duties during regular business hours, with occasional overtime or flexible scheduling as needed to meet project deadlines. The role requires adherence to company policies, including punctuality, attendance, and maintaining a safe, respectful workspace for all team members. Physical demands may include extended periods of sitting, standing, or operating office equipment, along with the ability to lift or move items up to 20 pounds. Occasionally, travel or remote work may be required based on business needs.

The scheduled daily work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Monday through Friday constitutes the standard work schedule for this position.

Remuneration will be determined commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant professional background.

The role includes an initial probationary period lasting between three and six months.

A determination regarding permanent employment will be finalized prior to the conclusion of this timeframe.
