Professional experience in customer-facing roles, including sales, customer success, or account management, where direct interaction with clients or customers is a core responsibility.
A solid grasp of networking essentials is required, encompassing TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, browser-to-server interactions, routing mechanisms, firewall configurations, and security policy frameworks.
Professional experience in implementing and managing firewall technologies and security policies, with expertise in solutions from industry-leading vendors including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, or Check Point.
A networking or security certification equivalent to CCNA is highly desirable, with preference given to credentials such as Compton Network+, Compton Security+, Huawei CIA, Juniper INDIA, or other comparable qualifications.
