Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role preferred. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end systems (e.g., Node.js, Django), is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments are critical. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are necessary.

Professor:

A minimum of three years of full-time university-level teaching experience in the capacity of an Associate Professor is required.

A minimum of sixty (60) publication points as an Associate Professor or equivalent is required, with at least forty (40) of these points derived from peer-reviewed scholarly journals.

Renowned nationally, regionally, and internationally for groundbreaking research.

Managed a team of at least five postgraduate students to successful completion, with a minimum of two achieving doctoral degrees.

Secured external research funding in the capacity of an Associate Professor or an equivalent academic rank.
