Develop and facilitate comprehensive orientation and training initiatives for newly recruited personnel to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
Responsible for the upkeep and organization of employee records and personnel files, ensuring accurate and confidential management of all pertinent documentation.
Address employee concerns and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Maintain adherence to all company policies and relevant labor regulations to ensure operational compliance.
Design and implement strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering overall well-being among staff members.
Facilitate constructive conflict resolution and promote a harmonious work environment.
Compile payroll data such as attendance records, overtime hours, leave balances, and applicable deductions for processing.
Responsible for ensuring the precision of payroll processing and maintaining comprehensive employee records.
Facilitate the evaluation of employee performance through structured appraisals.
Track and evaluate employee performance metrics, including productivity levels and attendance records, to ensure alignment with organizational expectations and operational requirements.

Facilitate orientation and periodic refresher training sessions to ensure consistent knowledge retention and skill reinforcement among participants.
Oversee the execution of daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols.
Ensure all staff maintain impeccable grooming, hygiene, and strict compliance with established company standards.
Duties are assigned and progress toward their completion is diligently tracked.
Facilitate thorough and accurate shift transitions to maintain operational continuity and communication clarity between outgoing and incoming personnel.
Ensure service quality consistently meets or exceeds established standards while actively tracking and evaluating customer satisfaction levels.
During periods of high operational demand, provide assistance to all departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
To uphold adherence to established operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring full compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
Perform systematic workplace assessments to ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational standards.
Ensure strict compliance with established health and safety protocols at all times.
Identify operational issues and propose appropriate solutions to address them.
Compile regular HR and operational reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Compile and document data on absenteeism, disciplinary actions, employee turnover, and operational incidents as required.
