About Us

Infinite Talent Recruiters, a NEA-licensed recruitment agency headquartered in Nairobi, focuses on domestic placements within hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics, as well as international Gulf opportunities for Kenyan professionals. Additionally, we are developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System, an AI Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board. Operating as an agile, small-scale team, this role is pivotal to our expansion strategy.

The Role

This role diverges from conventional sales or marketing positions, offering a distinct and non-traditional career path.

We seek a strategic thinker who excels at designing and implementing robust systems and automated workflows, requiring minimal manual intervention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of accountability by directly owning and driving revenue performance metrics.

Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Lead employer acquisition efforts by transforming the business development approach from reactive to proactive, establishing a CRM system from the ground up, and developing operational frameworks tailored to both local and Gulf markets.

Phase 3, commencing in Month 3, focuses on advancing the commercialization of our three AI talent solutions: AI Applicant Tracking System, AI Resume Builder, and Visa-Sponsored Job Board.

What You’ll Do

Drive the complete employer acquisition process, overseeing each stage from initial prospecting to finalizing the deal.

Devise and implement targeted outbound outreach initiatives aimed at organizations currently recruiting in Kenya.

Experienced professionals sought to engage and finalize high-value retainer agreements with key clients spanning the hospitality, healthcare, and construction sectors.

Select, configure, and maintain the company’s CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role involves evaluating and choosing the most suitable CRM system, such as Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level, from among available options. Additionally, the position requires overseeing the setup, customization, and ongoing management of the selected CRM to enhance operational efficiency and support sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

Create and execute well-defined, organized follow-up sequences for each prospect to ensure consistent and timely engagement throughout the sales process.

Develop and refine the entire employer onboarding process from start to finish while cultivating and strengthening strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies.

Prepare weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards for the CEO, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of key performance metrics and operational insights.

Starting from the third month, provide assistance for the early commercial launch of all three AI talent products.

In the initial 90-day probationary period, you will be expected to demonstrate your proficiency in key responsibilities, integrate seamlessly into the team, and align with the company’s operational standards while contributing to measurable outcomes. This phase includes thorough onboarding, targeted training, and performance evaluations to assess your adaptability, technical skills, and cultural fit. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to understand workflows, meet predefined performance benchmarks, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to ensure alignment with expectations and to provide guidance for continuous growth. Success in this period will determine your transition to a permanent role, contingent upon meeting or exceeding the established objectives.

In the initial phase, conduct a comprehensive review of the existing sales pipeline, implement the CRM system, develop a curated list of over 200 target employers, and initiate the outreach process.

Month 2 entails conducting comprehensive outreach across the entire target list, securing agreements with the initial five employer clients, and pinpointing potential Gulf-based agency prospects for future engagement.

Month 3 involves achieving acquisition targets, implementing AI-driven product outreach initiatives, and presenting a comprehensive six-month growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales operations, growth, or recruitment operations, the ideal candidate will have successfully established or overseen the development of a CRM pipeline from the ground up.

Able to take ownership of a revenue target and accept accountability for its achievement on a weekly basis.

Envisions holistic solutions by identifying interdependencies, meticulously documenting workflows, and proactively addressing inefficiencies to construct scalable systems.

Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting compelling cold emails that elicit high response rates.

A background in recruitment, human resources technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or business process outsourcing (BPO) would be considered advantageous.

Based in Nairobi, this position requires full-time on-site availability.

If you require a pre-built system for immediate integration, focus exclusively on inbound pipelines, or are hesitant about adhering to weekly data-driven accountability measures, this role may not align with your preferences.

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications, including a robust benefits program. Regular performance reviews are conducted to assess contributions and determine merit-based increases. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement are provided, ensuring long-term growth within the organization. Additionally, the role offers a flexible work environment and a supportive team culture to foster collaboration and innovation.

Designs, develops, and tests software components to ensure functionality, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate these components into larger systems, adhering to best practices in coding, debugging, and version control. Analyzes system requirements to determine component specifications and implements solutions that meet performance and scalability needs. Conducts thorough testing to verify component functionality and reliability, identifying and resolving defects as necessary. Maintains comprehensive documentation for developed components, including technical specifications, user guides, and API references.

The monthly base salary ranges from KES 80,000 to KES 120,000.

We offer a competitive signing bonus of KES 5,000 for each successfully onboarded client.

A 5% commission on placement fees generated from your pipeline will be provided as part of this role.

Gulf Partnership offers a KES 15,000 bonus for each successfully signed agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

A quarterly performance bonus of KES 30,000 is provided upon surpassing the quarterly target.

High-achieving candidates who successfully meet or exceed all Month 3 performance benchmarks will be eligible to receive a monthly compensation package ranging between KES 130,000 and KES 180,000.

A salary adjustment will be implemented following a 90-day performance review.

We offer a dynamic career path designed to cultivate professional growth and development through structured mentorship, targeted training programs, and hands-on project involvement. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, along with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability in evolving business landscapes, and a commitment to continuous learning. Key responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role demands a proactive mindset, strong communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.

As a Growth & Revenue Operator, you will initially serve in the capacity of Senior Growth Lead for the first 3 to 9 months, followed by an advancement to the role of Head of Employer Growth from month 9 to 18. This progression reflects a strategic career development path designed to leverage your expertise in scaling revenue and driving organizational growth.
