Role Description

We seek a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive to be based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by designing and implementing effective sales strategies, cultivating enduring client relationships, and uncovering new business prospects. Daily responsibilities encompass crafting tailored proposals, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating mutually beneficial contracts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires diligent market research to anticipate industry shifts and maintain a competitive edge.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot development. Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation is essential. Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a strong plus. Solid understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL, is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment are critical. Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.

Proficiency in sales and relationship management is essential, with a proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and fostering enduring partnerships.

Demonstrates a strong ability to design and implement effective sales strategies, consistently achieving or surpassing established sales objectives.

Effective negotiation and deal closure require exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
