Scope of work
Support corporate customers to utilize our service
Conduct instructional sessions for newly onboarded customers, encompassing comprehensive product configuration and implementation guidance.
Verify sales representatives’ tool utilization to determine which team members are actively engaging with the platform and which are not.
Effectively address any inquiries or issues raised by sales representatives regarding product usage or related challenges to ensure seamless operations and support.
Address complex issues impacting customer satisfaction, specifically for managerial stakeholders, by implementing strategic solutions and fostering improved engagement.
Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner as required by management or regulatory standards.

Working conditions
The standard working hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Monday through Friday constitutes the standard work schedule, with each day spanning the typical business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation will be determined commensurate with the individual’s qualifications and professional background.
A probationary period of three to six months will be applicable, during which your performance, adaptability, and alignment with company standards will be evaluated comprehensively.
We must finalize our long-term employment decision before the conclusion of this period.
