Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary. A minimum of five years of experience in software development, with at least three years in a senior or leadership role, is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams are important. A recognized university must award a master’s degree or a doctorate in a relevant field of specialization, along with a minimum of two years of teaching experience.
