Prepare and submit accurate and complete customs declarations in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations. Ensure all required documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, is meticulously reviewed and accurately reflected in declarations to facilitate timely clearance. Liaise with customs authorities and relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or delays promptly. Stay informed about evolving trade laws and tariff updates to mitigate risks of penalties or shipment delays. Maintain detailed records of all declarations for auditing and reporting purposes.

Proficient in navigating all customs regulations and procedures with expertise.

Possesses a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in C&F operations, with demonstrated career growth in the field.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust set of competencies and specialized skills, including strong analytical abilities to assess complex data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in [specific software/tools, e.g., “Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or Tableau”].
