Your mission:

This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts while cultivating key client relationships to drive sales growth within the Epsom product portfolio.

What you will do:

Manage communications with designated non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.

Drive measurable performance improvements against role-specific KPIs, including a 40% annual account growth, adherence to defined talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.

Accomplish outbound outreach to resellers by employing promotional tactics and campaign strategies. Evaluate and filter leads to determine prospect viability and sales potential, guiding them through the final stages of conversion. Additionally, collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate and finalize the transaction.

Duties include identifying opportunities to promote and enhance customer purchases through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives for our product offerings.

Providing dedicated support to resellers to secure their rebate allocations within partner programs, while ensuring alignment with their business objectives and Epsom’s strategic requirements.

Striving to advance accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status is a key objective.

Ensure that opportunities are continuously added to the pipeline and, once included in the forecast system, remain updated to maintain accurate data.

Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee stock availability.

As needed, participate in shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings to serve as an Epsom representative.

Proactively evaluate potential business partners to determine their eligibility for Plus Silver accreditation.
