Deliver technical assistance to internal stakeholders and end-users, addressing inquiries related to website operation, Knowledge Repository functionality, navigation processes, and content management system utilization.

To identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors, ensuring the seamless operation of UNEP’s web platforms and Knowledge Repository.

Develop and oversee content strategies and their execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and audience needs. Manage content creation, publication, and distribution processes to maintain consistency, quality, and relevance across all platforms. Education

An advanced university degree, such as a master’s or equivalent qualification, in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication, Public Information, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.

A first-level university degree, supplemented by two years of progressively responsible professional experience, may be considered as an equivalent substitute for an advanced university degree.

Completion of both degree and nondegree programs in data analytics, business analytics, or data science is preferred.
