Responsibilities
Establish and nurture robust cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders—including HR, Finance, Recruiting, Event Teams, and Business Support—to ensure alignment and successful execution of team and leadership objectives.

Engage actively within the Business Support community, foster a collaborative team culture, and assist with onboarding and mentoring programs to ensure seamless integration and development of new team members.
Responsible for comprehensive event planning and execution, encompassing all logistical arrangements, meticulous coordination, and thorough post-event follow-up activities.
Serve as the primary liaison for events, addressing modifications and elevating any concerns to the appropriate channels as necessary.
Spearhead engagement programs aimed at enhancing team morale and overall performance effectiveness.
Deliver projects autonomously with strict adherence to deadlines and an unwavering commitment to excellence in quality.
Proactively identify critical risks and manage key deliverables while maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders.

Oversee the allocation and utilization of company resources, including equipment, inventory, expenses, and budgets, while ensuring full compliance with established organizational policies.
Assist with vendor management and procurement functions, such as processing purchase orders and monitoring their status.
Facilitate the implementation of Rhythm of Business (ROB) initiatives by coordinating scheduling, managing logistics, and ensuring adherence to established business cadence protocols.
Support space management and planning initiatives by coordinating desk allocation, overseeing move logistics, and monitoring space utilization metrics.
Ensure the integrity and precision of systems and data, promptly escalating any issues or potential opportunities as needed.
Collaborate closely with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and hiring managers to facilitate and enhance recruitment initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison during the orientation process for new employees, vendors, and interns, ensuring smooth integration and clear communication throughout their onboarding journey.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or IT infrastructure management. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with a solid understanding of database systems, cloud computing platforms, and cybersecurity principles. Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are required to thrive in this dynamic role.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of a High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential—or an equivalent qualification—is required, along with at least six months of hands-on experience in administrative roles, business support functions, or customer service.

Additional or preferred qualifications include a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. With a minimum of one year of hands-on experience, you will have reviewed and overseen administrative budgets encompassing areas such as event planning, employee morale initiatives, travel arrangements, and professional development training.
