JOB PURPOSE

Knowledge
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field as a fundamental academic requirement for consideration.
A recognized university must confer a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, such as Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a CPA or CMA certification preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience is necessary, with at least three years in a supervisory or management role. Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance is essential, as is experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A recognized diploma in Marketing in Insurance or ongoing progress toward obtaining one (such as AII or CII/ACID) is required.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of various insurance product categories, including but not limited to life, health, property, casualty, and specialty lines.
