The Senior ICT Officer will deliver dependable, day-to-day information and communications technology support throughout Natural State’s operational framework, with particular emphasis on facilitating the deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. Additionally, the position demands expertise in network administration, encompassing LAN/WAN management, security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
