Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Strategy, or a closely related field is required.

A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related business field is required for this position.

A recognized certification such as CPA-K or ARCA, or an equivalent credential, is required.

A recognized qualification such as a Diploma in Insurance, along with credentials from LOMA or CII, and a TDPK certification are required for this role.

With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on leadership experience in Life Insurance Sales, you will bring a proven track record of driving high-performing teams and achieving exceptional sales results.

With a proven track record of thriving in intricate business landscapes or highly regulated industries, along with a demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure, you will bring invaluable expertise to this role. Your adaptability in dynamic settings and keen understanding of compliance-driven environments will ensure seamless navigation of challenges while upholding organizational standards.
