Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is a fundamental requirement for this position. Candidates must possess a four-year degree from an accredited institution, with coursework emphasizing financial principles, analytical methods, and regulatory compliance. Preferred qualifications include additional certifications such as CPA or CMA, though these are not mandatory for consideration.
A qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya) (CPA(K)), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or an equivalent credential is considered an additional advantage.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in either internal or external audit is required.
Proficient in data analysis and the development of comprehensive reports are essential.
