REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is required.
A qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is highly beneficial.
With a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in internal audit, internal controls, or risk management, candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in evaluating and enhancing organizational processes. This role requires expertise in identifying control gaps, assessing risk exposures, and implementing corrective measures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Proficiency in regulatory standards and frameworks, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, is essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) backgrounds is strongly favored.
Proven capability in analytical thinking, investigative research, and the preparation of comprehensive reports is essential.
