The position is tasked with accelerating the retail business’s growth, profitability, and market reach. Responsibilities include designing and implementing commercial strategies across branch networks, agency channels, alternative channels, partnerships, and digital platforms to drive sustainable revenue growth and elevate customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role leads the expansion of distribution capabilities, the modernization of sales and training systems, and the cultivation of strategic alliances to reinforce the company’s competitive standing in the market.

Applicants must possess a strong academic foundation and meet the necessary qualifications pertinent to the position.

A Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, strategy, or a closely related field is required.

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.

Qualified candidates should possess certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA), or an equivalent credential in the field of accounting.

A recognized Diploma in Insurance, along with LOMA or CII certification, and a completed TDPK qualification are essential requirements for this role.

With a minimum of a decade of experience in Life Insurance Sales Leadership capacities, candidates must demonstrate extensive expertise in this domain.

Have proven experience functioning effectively in intricate business landscapes and highly regulated industries, coupled with the necessary personal attributes to excel in demanding situations.

To cultivate robust stakeholder relationships, one must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration. This involves actively listening to diverse perspectives, aligning interests with organizational objectives, and consistently delivering on commitments to build mutual trust and credibility. Additionally, the capacity to navigate complex dynamics, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and adapt communication styles to different stakeholders enhances long-term partnerships and ensures sustained support for initiatives.
