Job Purpose

To achieve investor acquisition and revenue growth for True Group, the Investment Sales Executive will actively promote and sell residential income-generating properties as structured investment offerings. Serving as the primary liaison for prospective investors, this role will clearly articulate True Group’s managed-yield model, presenting tailored investment opportunities that align with each client’s unique financial objectives. Key to expanding the company’s investor network, the position will engage diverse client segments—including first-time buyers, capital real locators, and diaspora investors—while converting qualified prospects into enduring investment partnerships grounded in transparency, reliable returns, and mutual trust.

Oversee and execute core duties that include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and fostering a productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence. Identify and engage potential investors by leveraging referrals, digital leads, networking events, diaspora outreach initiatives, and corporate partnerships to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

Develop and oversee an organized sales pipeline to monitor prospects throughout the entire engagement process, from initial contact to final agreement.

Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets for all product lines within the True Group portfolio.

Provide expert investment advisory and consultation services, delivering tailored financial guidance to clients based on their unique objectives and risk profiles. Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to develop informed investment strategies. Collaborate with clients to assess their financial needs, define clear investment goals, and recommend suitable asset allocations. Monitor portfolio performance, track market movements, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize returns while mitigating risks. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, transparent reporting, and proactive advisory support. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and fiduciary responsibilities in all client interactions.

Deliver comprehensive investor consultations—whether in person, virtually, or through diaspora-accessible platforms—to assess financial objectives and align clients with the most suitable investment solutions.

Present and clearly communicate the investment rationale for each project, emphasizing factors such as rental yields, capital appreciation potential, payment plan structures, title security, and the chosen management model.

The role involves overseeing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication channels. Market Intelligence & Reporting

The Market Intelligence & Reporting team is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating critical market data to inform strategic decisions across the organization. By monitoring industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging market opportunities, the team provides actionable insights that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include researching economic indicators, compiling market reports, and presenting findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise recommendations. A background in market research, economics, or a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adaptability to evolving market conditions, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

A proven track record of delivering measurable results and a commitment to continuous professional development are required.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in investment sales, financial advisory, bancassurance, or wealth management, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in these specialized areas.

Proven ability to consistently surpass sales targets within a consultative and relationship-focused sales framework.
