We are in search of a seasoned, proactive Timber Construction Foreman to oversee a substantial all-timber commercial project based in Nairobi.
This position will ensure the highest standards of timber installation, providing leadership and direction to the internal team responsible for executing timber cladding, waterproofing systems, ceiling installations, trim work, protective measures, and final finishing touches.
Proficiency in exposed external timber construction and waterproofing systems is a fundamental requirement for this role.
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless workflows across departments, this role involves managing teams, coordinating projects, and optimizing processes to meet organizational goals. Key duties include developing and implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Direct supervisory oversight of on-site personnel and strategic planning of installation schedules will be required.
