We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role where you will play a pivotal part in driving our organization’s success. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key operational tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Direct supervision of CENAC’s programmatic initiatives in Kenya, including strategic planning, execution, and ongoing evaluation, is required.

Develop collaborative relationships with regional civil society organizations, governmental bodies, and community groups to foster mutually beneficial initiatives and enhance collective impact.

Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project reports and M&E data to uphold transparency and ensure accountability throughout project implementation.

Act as the primary liaison for CENAC in meetings and stakeholder engagements, representing the organization’s interests and ensuring effective communication of its objectives and positions.

Assist in the creation of proposals and contribute to fundraising initiatives.

Ensure that all activities are in full compliance with CENAC’s established mission and adhere rigorously to safeguarding policies.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with proficiency in [specific skills, e.g., data analysis, project management, or programming languages], along with a minimum of [X years] of relevant experience in [industry/field].
