Job Summary

The successful candidate will spearhead the execution of the sales strategy tailored to the corporates’ market segment, ensuring alignment with the department’s objectives through broker partnerships.

Oversee and execute critical duties related to the role, including managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, or a related business field is required.

Qualified candidates must hold a Diploma in Insurance, either the ACID or AII designation, and be an active member of either the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or the Insurance Institute of Kenya (INK).
