Deliver comprehensive assistance to the Bank in the development, oversight, and upkeep of capital assets—particularly its physical facilities—while prioritizing construction-related initiatives.
Oversee scheduled maintenance tasks and promptly address equipment malfunctions while conducting thorough quality checks on completed work.
Ensure rigorous management of contracts, costs, and value for the Bank’s construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
Collaborate effectively with essential internal and external stakeholders to devise strategies aimed at reducing costs and to formulate detailed implementation plans.
You will oversee projects in collaboration with the Bank’s consultants, ensuring timely completion in alignment with mutually agreed-upon timelines.
Oversee and control construction expenditures for new outlets and any additional refurbishments, as mutually agreed upon periodically.
Prepare and examine blank bills of quantities and other tender documentation before distributing them to contractors for the tendering process.
Act as the primary point of contact between the procurement team and external consultants throughout all tender-related activities, encompassing contractor shortlisting, tender invitation issuance, tender opening sessions, and comprehensive tender evaluation processes.
Develop valuation assessments for internal projects and perform thorough evaluations of contractor payments at each construction milestone.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all ongoing and completed projects, including contracts, performance bonds, and all relevant paperwork.
Develop comprehensive repair specifications, identify and select appropriate contractors for the project execution, and compile detailed maintenance tender documentation.
