Performs a range of duties and fulfills key responsibilities, including managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow efficiency. Perform duties related to customs clearance, ensuring all import and export regulations are adhered to while facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders. Responsible for verifying documentation accuracy, calculating duties and taxes, and coordinating with relevant authorities to resolve any discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and optimize clearance processes. Collaborate with logistics teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to streamline procedures and mitigate potential delays. Identify cost-saving opportunities through duty drawback programs or preferential trade agreements where applicable.

Responsible for logging bond vouchers and conducting necessary follow-up actions to ensure accuracy and completion.

Conduct thorough inspections and authorize the dispatch of shipments in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The Shipping Operations role involves overseeing the efficient coordination and execution of all shipping activities. Responsibilities include managing shipment scheduling, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with delivery timelines. The position requires a strong understanding of logistics processes, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot shipping-related issues. Additionally, collaboration with warehouse teams, carriers, and customers is essential to maintain smooth operations. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in shipping software and systems.

Monitoring and confirming vessel Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) and Estimated Times of Departure (ETD’s) are essential responsibilities of this role.

Responsible for collecting shipping line invoices and ensuring timely payment processing in accordance with established financial protocols.

Managing the coordination and fulfillment of delivery orders in collaboration with shipping line partners.

Responsible for overseeing PA operations and managing Container Freight Station activities, ensuring efficient handling, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the process.

Customs clearance of goods involves meticulous verification processes and efficient loading procedures to ensure seamless transit.

Airport Operations involves overseeing and coordinating various activities essential to the smooth functioning of an airport, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. This role requires a keen focus on managing ground services, including aircraft handling, baggage processing, and passenger assistance, while maintaining efficient communication among all airport stakeholders. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a thorough understanding of aviation protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring flight schedules, coordinating with airlines and security teams, and addressing any operational disruptions promptly to minimize delays and enhance passenger experience.

Upon completion of the airlift process, the entries undergo endorsement for bond cancellation.

Diligently liaising with airlines to obtain and submit manifests for entry registration purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with at least three years of hands-on experience in the specified industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively across departments. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry standards. A valid professional certification or advanced degree is a plus.

A qualification in PACIFIC, a C&F Diploma, or a maritime studies program is required.

Preparation and submission of customs declarations form an essential component of this role, ensuring all pertinent documentation is accurately completed and filed in accordance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for verifying the correctness of the information provided in declarations, addressing any discrepancies promptly, and liaising with relevant authorities to resolve queries or issues that may arise during the process.

Proficient in all aspects of customs regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance with import and export requirements.

Experienced in C&F operations for a minimum of two years, with a proven track record of progressive professional development in the field.

Demonstrated proficiency in communication, collaboration, and critical thinking, with the ability to adapt to evolving workplace demands.
