We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing key operational functions and ensuring organizational success through strategic planning and execution. Forge strategic partnerships and cultivate robust connections with Chinese enterprises and professional networks to enhance collaborative opportunities and market expansion.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with new clients and expanding the current client base to drive business growth.

Drive revenue growth across deposit accounts, trade finance solutions, remittance services, guarantee offerings, and foreign exchange transactions to strengthen the bank’s financial performance and market position.

Deliver measurable results in asset and liability management, as well as in the generation of non-funded income streams, to meet established performance benchmarks.

Oversee and expand a client portfolio comprised of Chinese-speaking individuals, ensuring tailored strategies to meet their unique financial objectives and needs.

Cultivate and sustain robust connections with essential stakeholders and Chinese associations to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Act as the primary point of contact to address client inquiries and provide expert guidance as needed.

Deliver exceptional customer service consistently across every client engagement.

Build and cultivate external relationships within the Chinese business community to enhance strategic partnerships and market reach.

Promptly and effectively address and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R are essential requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.

A recognized university must award a bachelor’s degree as the minimum educational requirement.

Mandarin (Chinese) fluency is a strict requirement for this position.

Proficiency in banking, sales, or relationship management would be considered a valuable asset.

A background in trade finance and corporate banking products is advantageous.

You must possess excellent interpersonal skills to nurture and sustain key client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
