Job purpose
To prioritize retailer visits with the objective of enhancing brand awareness and improving SIM and Float performance, while ensuring optimal visibility and merchandising at the point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.

Skilled oversee the identification and recruitment of Agents, strategically focusing on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Consistently achieve the designated call rate by conducting regular visits to SOS and Agents, following the established route plans (beat plans) as agreed upon.
Provide necessary transaction tools at SSO and agent locations and conduct training sessions for SOS and Trash Agents on related procedures.
AML training and certification programs must be delivered to agents, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols alongside the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, specifically in the context of SIM REG compliance.
Monitor and maintain float and stock coverage while driving sales, ensuring strict adherence to the 1.5x stock rule for agents and verifying sufficient availability of SIM cards for new registrations and activations among SOS.
Merchandising involves establishing and upholding merchandising standards, ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.

Experience
With a minimum of one year’s experience in sales and distribution within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or telecommunications (Telcos) sectors, you bring a solid foundation to this role.
