The remuneration package and incentive offerings encompass all financial rewards, bonuses, and performance-related compensations provided to the position. This structure includes base salary, potential commissions, profit-sharing opportunities, and other financial benefits designed to align with individual and company performance metrics. Eligibility for these incentives may be contingent upon achieving specific targets, milestones, or overall contributions to organizational success.
A monthly base salary of KES 60,000 is offered for this position.
Earn a 10% commission on all food sales revenue generated each month.
Earn a 5% commission on all meetings and conference sales once the monthly sales target of KES 2.8 million is attained.
