JOB PURPOSE
This role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily operations to ensure optimal performance of the Business Development Function across General Business and Medical sectors, specifically for broker and tender operations. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding assigned broker accounts and overseeing the quality control of tender documentation.
Minimum requirements involve a solid foundation of relevant knowledge and hands-on experience in the specified field to ensure effective performance within the role.

Professionals with extensive expertise in both General and Medical insurance policies are sought for this role. A deep understanding of various insurance products, including comprehensive medical coverage and general policies, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a thorough knowledge of policy terms, coverage options, and regulatory frameworks governing these insurance sectors.
Business development, underwriting, claims management, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies represent key areas of focus for this role.
