What you’ll do:
You will support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ’s), conduct site measurements, monitor material consumption, and oversee project expenditures. Additionally, you will assist with generating quotations, managing subcontractor payments, documenting variations, and ensuring projects adhere to approved financial constraints. Collaboration with suppliers, site personnel, and clients will also be part of your responsibilities as required.

What we’re looking for:
A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a closely aligned discipline, such as a diploma or degree, is required.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in quantity surveying or involvement in construction projects is required.
Proficiency in interior fit-out, joinery, or finishing works presents a considerable advantage.
You possess exceptional numerical acumen and analytical prowess, enabling you to identify critical details that may elude others.
Proficient in interpreting technical and architectural drawings is required.
Honesty, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite proficiently.
