JOB SUMMARY

Rest Sure Insurance Agencies Ltd. is in search of a detail-oriented, disciplined, and driven Insurance Administration Officer to oversee the operational and structural workflows of our agency. The ideal candidate will serve as the foundation of our back-office infrastructure, guaranteeing smooth policy administration, error-free underwriting documentation, precise maintenance of client records, and expedited claims coordination. Beyond these fundamental administrative duties, the officer will contribute to enhancing the agency’s digital framework by refining customer onboarding processes, monitoring online lead tracking, and strengthening digital brand positioning to foster continued portfolio expansion.

The role encompasses a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following key areas:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop, evaluate, and manage insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documents across diverse product lines, guaranteeing precise structural alignment. This role involves crafting and reviewing documentation to uphold compliance and consistency in all transactions.

Client Servicing & Account Care: Lead the oversight of client portfolios with precision and efficiency, delivering prompt and professional guidance on premium quotes, coverage terms, account inquiries, and renewal arrangements.

As the primary liaison with affiliated insurance underwriters, you will facilitate seamless risk validation, manage documentation submission, and ensure prompt policy finalization.

You will be responsible for systematically receiving insurance claims notices, assisting clients in compiling necessary documentation, submitting claims to underwriters, and conducting proactive follow-ups to ensure timely settlements.

Maintain meticulous digital and physical client records, ensuring their security, accuracy, and organization. Systematically compile and generate periodic reports on production data, performance metrics, and operational capacity to provide clear, actionable insights.

Support digital marketing initiatives by executing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms. Monitor and analyze online customer engagement metrics, track digital lead generation, and oversee web-based client communication portals to ensure seamless interaction.

Ensure all administrative processes adhere rigorously to established internal standard operating procedures and comply with applicable legal frameworks as mandated by local insurance regulatory authorities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience with software development methodologies and tools like Agile or DevOps. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary. Additionally, excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are important.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a closely related commercial field is required.

A Certificate of Proficiency (COP) qualification is highly regarded and serves as a significant competitive edge.

A minimum of one year of full-time experience in back-office insurance operations, administration, underwriting support, or financial services portfolio management is required.

A high level of digital literacy is required, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with hands-on experience with digital business platforms, content delivery tracking systems, and lead management tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
