KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Develop and manage a comprehensive project timeline, providing meticulous oversight of project advancement to guarantee punctual delivery while adhering to the established budget.

Oversee the end-to-end procurement workflow for onboarding external suppliers, encompassing the compilation of Bills of Quantities, preparation of tender documentation, analysis of bids, and evaluation of supplier proposals.

Evaluate finalized deliverables and generate valuation reports to ensure prompt completion of supplier payment processing.

Attend site meetings and inspections to assess conditions, identify potential concerns or necessary modifications, and develop comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making by project management.

Ensure clear and timely communication of project information to the project team, fostering well-informed decision-making processes.

Perform routine assessments of CICAM facilities to identify and recommend necessary repair and maintenance actions.

Ensure that all statutory and regulatory compliance documentation for projects is acquired and properly maintained throughout the duration of each initiative.

Design and uphold a streamlined record-keeping framework—encompassing both digital and manual systems—to facilitate seamless information retrieval and safeguard institutional knowledge.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other widely recognized industry standards throughout all stages of project execution and management.

Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following essential prerequisites: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, proficiency in industry-standard software tools, and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are mandatory, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices within the field is highly desirable, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Must possess a genuine, life-transforming commitment to Christianity, demonstrated through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and adhere to the doctrinal principles outlined in the CICAM statement of faith.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management or Building Technology from an accredited and esteemed university.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the construction sector following graduation is required, accompanied by a demonstrated proficiency in Contract Management and cost estimation.

Proficiency in overseeing new initiatives, adjustments, and structural updates is a critical requirement.

Technology-savvy professionals with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities and strong report-writing skills.

Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD and Archibald with a high level of proficiency, ensuring precise and efficient drafting and design capabilities.

Proficiency in operating vehicles is considered a beneficial qualification for this position.
