Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required, alongside a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or similar roles. Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities are essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Effective communication skills and the capacity to collaborate across departments are also necessary. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
Essential:
A Juries Doctorate or Doctor of Philosophy in Law obtained from an accredited institution of higher education is required.
University-level teaching experience is required.
Proven proficiency in one or more specialized legal domains, including but not limited to Constitutional Law, Commercial Law, Human Rights, Technology Law, or International Law.
Proven ability to communicate clearly, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Desirable:
Professional affiliation with a recognized legal regulatory body, such as the Law Society of Kenya, is required.
Skilled in developing educational curricula, managing academic operations, or coordinating programs is required.
