Perform an expedited assessment of the private healthcare sector to pinpoint and record existing and potential U.S.-based investors.
Leverage partnerships with local stakeholders—including global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and clinic/hospital networks—as needed to facilitate and coordinate meetings effectively.
Assist in formulating a strategic approach to foster collaboration with the private sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. A minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on web applications, is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is required. Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Django is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A master’s degree in Social Science, Business, Public Health, Health Economics, or a closely related field is strongly preferred; an advanced degree may be required.

Must be available to attend in-country meetings for at least one and a half days.
