Develop a robust, nationwide sales strategy that is fully aligned with organizational goals to enhance revenue generation and expand market presence. Establish measurable performance benchmarks for regional teams, and continuously evaluate market dynamics to refine approaches as needed.

As the leader in Sales Category Management, you will spearhead brand ownership and strategic positioning for all pharmaceutical and related products on a national scale. You will ensure the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that maximize return on investment while fully aligning with brand goals. Additionally, you will partner closely with the marketing team to craft and implement cutting-edge promotional initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

People Management: Foster the growth and development of Team Leaders, Sales Supervisors, and Medical/Sales Representatives while guiding their performance to cultivate a high-performing team.

Supplier and Customer Management: Forge and cultivate strategic alliances with essential suppliers to guarantee consistent product availability and adherence to quality benchmarks. Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to attain elevated satisfaction levels and foster long-term loyalty, adjusting strategies in response to client input.

Devise and implement strategies for overseeing inventory, optimizing debt collection, and strengthening credit management to reduce delinquent accounts while fostering enduring customer relationships.

Manage the Commercial Unit’s financial performance by overseeing its budget, with a focus on achieving targeted gross profit (GP) and overall unit profitability. Establish accountability for key financial metrics, such as return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives. Develop and implement annual budgets, maintaining rigorous oversight and making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with financial targets.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong proficiency in essential technical competencies, such as data analysis, project management, and proficiency in industry-standard software applications, is essential. Exceptional analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are required. The ideal applicant should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines and possess robust problem-solving capabilities.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field is required.

Skilled in sales and marketing, or possessing comparable expertise in a business-related discipline, is essential for this role.

An MBA degree is considered a valuable asset.

With a minimum of a decade of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including three to five years in a senior leadership capacity, you will bring a proven track record of driving sales growth and team success.
