Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth. Monitor progress through data analysis, performance tracking, and regular reporting to senior leadership. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development among team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices in all operational activities.

Craft and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives designed to drive revenue growth in food, beverage, events, and conference sectors.

Develop and expand corporate partnerships, group reservations, and promotional initiatives to enhance sales performance.

Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns across various social media and other online platforms.

Develop innovative strategies to cultivate new business prospects while ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and retention of current clients.

Drive engagement and awareness for the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces through strategic marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Orchestrate innovative events, themed evenings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and additional activities designed to significantly boost customer engagement and revenue streams.

Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover potential new business opportunities.

Develop comprehensive sales reports and monitor progress in relation to established targets.

Professionally represent the organization at networking events and in business development initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; alternatively, equivalent professional experience may be considered. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. Excellent communication skills for documenting technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

The preferred candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic environment. Compensation & Incentives

Monthly base compensation is set at KES 60,000.

Earn a 10% commission based on the total monthly food sales achieved.

This role offers a 5% commission on meetings and conference sales, calculated once the monthly sales target of KES 2.8 million is met.
