Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing daily operations, strategic planning, and team management to ensure organizational efficiency and goal attainment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and performance across departments. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and staff, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and accountability at all levels.

Conducting in-depth research and analysis of core company and investment prospects across Real Estate, Private Equity, Structured Products, Equities, and Fixed Income.

Developing financial models and conducting detailed data analysis are essential responsibilities of this role, requiring strong quantitative skills and proficiency in relevant software tools to interpret complex financial information accurately.

The position involves evaluating past and forecasted financial statements and investment data to derive meaningful insights.

Crafting innovative and insightful investment research reports represents a core responsibility of this role.

Requirements

The successful applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree, achieved with Upper Second Class Honors or an equivalent qualification.

Achieving a minimum grade of B+ in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or a comparable qualification is required.

Enrolled candidates should demonstrate ongoing advancement toward professional finance or investment credentials, such as FIFA or CFA certification. Alternatively, applicants may hold student registration while actively working toward CFA, FIFA, CPA, or CAIA qualifications.

Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in quantitative methods are essential, along with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving expertise. Candidates must demonstrate a capacity for interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Capable of efficiently managing multiple responsibilities concurrently while maintaining high levels of accuracy, meticulous organization, and thorough attention to detail. Demonstrates strong follow-through to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule.

Capable of independently executing assigned projects from start to finish with minimal oversight, ensuring timely and thorough completion of all deliverables.
