Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary. Candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
A degree or diploma in fields such as Community Development, Social Sciences, Agribusiness/Cooperatives, Microfinance, Marketing, Business Management, Administration, Commerce, or a closely related discipline is required.
Experience Level:
A proven grasp of both conceptual frameworks and practical applications in peri-urban and rural development, as well as financing mechanisms, is highly desirable.
