Achieve specified sales volume, revenue, and operating income targets for the complete range of beverages and fresh produce products across assigned retail chains.
Formulate and implement comprehensive annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.
Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners.
Ensure precise demand planning by managing optimal stock levels across all accounts and stores, analyzing SKU performance, and delivering dependable sales forecasts.
Oversee the prompt collection of accounts receivable for designated Key Accounts while adhering to mutually agreed-upon trading terms.
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to elevate brand visibility, enhance consumer interaction, and ensure adherence to trade pricing policies.
Responsible for supervising third-party merchandising and sales agencies, with a focus on conducting consistent performance assessments to maintain high service standards.
Leverage Sales Automation and CRM platforms to enhance account management, reporting, and overall sales performance.
Spearhead the creation and execution of fresh product listings while ensuring triumphant market launches within designated accounts.
Evaluate, authorize, and finalize annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or comparable professional experience, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in the specified industry. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in key technical skills, such as data analysis or project management, depending on the role. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities are required. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software is a must, and prior leadership or supervisory experience may be advantageous for certain positions.
A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline—ideally with a concentration in Marketing—is required.
With a minimum of five to seven years in sales, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting, you bring a wealth of relevant expertise to this role.
A valid and unblemished driving license, coupled with at least three years of uninterrupted driving practice, is required.
Skilled in leveraging Microsoft Office tools to interpret data and develop precise, well-researched reports.
