Seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills. The ideal applicant will possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with a demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and team collaboration. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, and familiarity with project management tools is highly desirable. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, managing deadlines, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Hold a degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics.

Minimum five years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is required, including at least three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the M&E domain.

Professionally experienced in implementing or supporting non-profit or NGO initiatives in on-site, field-based environments, ideally within Kenya.

Accomplished professionals with a strong history in monitoring and evaluation, adept at conceptualizing and enhancing data collection and measurement instruments.

With a background in assisting program teams to leverage data for continuous learning, informed decision-making, program refinement, and donor reporting, experience is required.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or comparable software, is essential.

Professional Rewriting:

Familiarity with mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable tools is required.

Exceptional qualitative capabilities are essential, encompassing expertise in conducting interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and discerning the nuanced insights that lie beyond mere numerical data.

Effective report compilation abilities paired with superior written and verbal communication proficiency.
