A Finance & Administration Officer is sought by our client to provide support in finance operations, payroll administration, compliance, and reporting functions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
A Chartered Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA(K)) qualification or an ongoing pursuit toward achieving it is mandatory for this role.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles is required.
Proficiency in tax compliance and payroll administration is essential, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and operational processes.
Demonstrates strong skills in utilizing QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel effectively.
Skilled in preparing accurate financial statements and performing detailed reconciliations to ensure alignment between accounts.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and meticulous accuracy in all tasks is essential.
Possesses robust analytical capabilities and a talent for resolving complex issues.
