Position Overview
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all farm operations adhere to applicable local regulations, internal company policies, and recognized international certification standards such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and all field and production teams to uphold compliance, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace culture rooted in safety, quality, and operational integrity.
