Formulate and implement annual business strategies for designated Key Account chains.
Develop, finalize, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners through strategic negotiation and implementation efforts.
Accurately maintain demand planning by ensuring optimal stock levels across all accounts and stores, continuously monitoring SKU performance, and delivering reliable sales forecasts.
Oversee the prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts, ensuring adherence to mutually agreed trading terms.
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts with the objective of enhancing brand visibility, fostering consumer engagement, and ensuring adherence to trade pricing policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to third-party merchandising and sales agencies, performing consistent assessments of their performance to uphold service excellence.
Employ Sales Automation and CRM platforms to enhance account oversight, streamline reporting processes, and drive overall sales performance.
Spearhead the development and launch of innovative product listings while ensuring their triumphant market entry across designated accounts.
Conduct a thorough review, grant formal approval, and execute the signing of annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (ideally with a Marketing specialization), or an equivalent field is required.
With a minimum of five to seven years of sales expertise, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, the ideal candidate will bring substantial industry knowledge and a proven track record of success.
A valid and clean driving license, along with at least three years of uninterrupted driving experience, is required.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated capacity to evaluate data and compile precise, perceptive reports.
