Job Specifications
Design, develop, and continuously enhance the Bank’s Integration Platforms, including the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) components.
Enforce organizational policies and procedures governing the administration of software applications in accordance with ITIL standards and industry best practices.
Offer specialized expertise in resolving second-level escalations for the bank’s Integration Platforms, supporting teams responsible for daily IT platform operations.

Facilitating knowledge transfer sessions on integration platforms for both the IT Operations and IT Applications teams, as and when necessary, is a key responsibility of this role.
Conducts research and development initiatives to assess emerging technologies and their feasibility in enhancing platform performance.
Develop comprehensive unit test cases to validate the robustness, edge case handling, usability, and overall reliability of the software, ensuring that all functionalities perform as expected under various conditions.
