What we’re looking for:
With a minimum of five years of comprehensive experience, preferably within expansive hospitality environments, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success to the role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline, along with the Certified Human Resources Professional – Knowledge (CHRIS) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in Kenyan labor legislation and the Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS) is essential.
Mastery of interpersonal relations and conflict resolution is essential, along with a proven ability to foster collaboration and navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
