Mission Description
To maintain the integrity of inventory and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards at every stage.
Conducting daily inspections of pallets to identify non-conformances and other quality-related concerns upon factory receipts; compiling and presenting a monthly analysis for management review.
To identify and isolate non-conforming products within warehouse facilities, ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards.
Process documentation for perishable goods within the warehouse environment, meticulously managing records and overseeing the precise tracking of items approaching their expiry dates.
Responsibilities include retrieving Stop (UD1 and KB1) in accordance with operational requirements.
Compiling customer-focused quality issue reports and submitting them to management on a weekly basis.
Conduct thorough inspections of returned goods to identify instances of client rejection or damage, and subsequently analyze customer complaints to derive actionable insights.
Ensure adherence to established quality policies by interpreting and applying relevant guidelines, thereby maintaining compliance with all quality standards and client-specific requirements.
Conduct thorough quality risk assessments, design and implement appropriate mitigation strategies, and continuously assess their ongoing relevance. Serve as the primary owner of root cause analysis for any nonconforming batches, ensuring comprehensive investigations are conducted and documented for submission to management to facilitate further action.
Perform daily housekeeping inspections to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Profile
A bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Food Sciences or a related field is required.
Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite is required.
Possesses a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience or formal training.
Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
