Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties central to the role, including the execution of primary functions such as managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Conduct regular evaluations to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, foster innovation, and align initiatives with broader company objectives. Additionally, serve as a key liaison between leadership and frontline staff, providing clear communication, guidance, and support to maintain cohesive operations. Maintain meticulous documentation, track progress through established KPIs, and report outcomes to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability across all initiatives.

Ensure adherence to local statutory mandates and US GAAP, supervise month-end and year-end closing procedures, uphold balance sheet reconciliations, and compile statutory financial statements.

You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of suppliers, processing invoices and allocations, handling employee expense claims, administering corporate credit cards, and ensuring vendors and employees are paid promptly.

Oversee the preparation and submission of VAT, WHT, WHAT, installment tax, and corporate tax returns, acting as the main point of contact for tax authorities throughout the process.

Coordinate internal and external audits, collaborate with external accounting firms, and uphold adherence to financial control and reporting standards.

Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, oversee asset tracking procedures, perform expense reviews, and enhance financial controls and governance frameworks.

Oversee intercompany billing and reconciliation processes, while facilitating settlements with the netting center and regional finance teams. Additionally, ensure compliance with withholding tax obligations and generate payment files for execution.

Proficient in analyzing financial data with a keen ability to interpret findings, pinpoint discrepancies, and deliver actionable solutions.
