Responsibilities
Develop and execute design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project specifications.
Assess the objectives and specifications outlined by the clients to effectively guide the project’s direction.
Develops preliminary design concepts and creates sketches or other visual representations to effectively present these ideas to clients.
Upon finalizing the design, evaluate it thoroughly to verify that all client objectives have been achieved.
Collaborates closely with clients to identify and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and decorative elements tailored to their preferences and project requirements.
Candidates must fulfill the following prerequisites to qualify for consideration: a minimum of three years of relevant experience, proficiency in project management software, and strong analytical skills. Additionally, exceptional communication abilities are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and certifications such as PMP or CAP Mare highly advantageous.

Experienced in leading and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strategic objectives. Proficient in applying methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Demonstrated ability to align project goals with organizational priorities while maintaining clear communication and accountability at every stage.
Proven capability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in computational design methodologies is essential for this role.
Highly innovative and visionary, with a keen eye for detail and a refined sense of aesthetics. Demonstrates exceptional creativity and originality in crafting visually compelling solutions. Possesses strong analytical skills to ensure precision and consistency in artistic execution.
Proven expertise in utilizing design software such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, or Ketchup, or equivalent applications, is essential for this role.
